Fantasy FOOSBALL Week 2 Matchups
Team Fenix (1-0) at Team Infamy (0-1)
Fenx (yes, Fenx) looks to continue his strong performance from last week by extending the misery of his little brother. This one will not be a pretty one – look for Fenx to show Infamy why he’s the favorite son (just kidding).
Infamy will need to find a replacement for Kevin Kolb and Kevin Boss this week to compete. And an epic performance from both of his receivers.
Prediction: Team Fenix
Kansas City Chieves (1-0) at Daft Attack (0-1)
The Chieves look to keep pace with Fenx this week with a tough matchup. A victory this week can show the league that they are a team to be reckoned with. Then again, any team with Chris Johnson has a chance to win on any given week.
Daft looks to bounce back after a disappointing loss. He has to hope Steven Jackson does what he does best, carry teams. He also must hope that his Defense/Special Teams hold up this week, instead of being the disappointment that they were last week.
Prediction: Kansas City Chieves
He Went To Jahvid! (0-1) at Team come git some (1-0)
This is the matchup of the week. Both teams are very evenly matched. Jahvid has to get a better performance from Shonn Greene than he did last week, and needs Jahvid to continue to produce. A strong performance from his receiving corps can make up for his running backs’ short comings. Look for him to get most of his points through the air.
Team come git some was built from the ground up. He will need his running backs to produce big numbers. A strong all around performance can get him a victory this week. Still, I like Jahvid to surprise this week.

GMEN Champs (0-1) at Team Hiren (1-0)
GMEN had a very disappointing week last week and looks to bounce back big this week against Team Hiren. A decent all around week should be enough to earn him a victory. Hiren will need Drew Brees to carry his team to victory. It will be tough, but not impossible.
Prediction: GMEN Champs
Team Vora (0-1) at Gimme That Trophy (AGAIN) (1-0)
Like with Chris Johnson, any team with Adrian Peterson has a strong chance of winning. Facing a strong defense this week (like last week), Peterson will need a better showing than last week. If the Vikings get a lead early or the game stays close, look for Peterson to have a monster week. Tony Romo and Miles Austin should also have big performances this week. With decent performances from the rest of the cast, Vora can end up with a victory.
Although the QB for Trophy is the weak point of this team, look for the rest of the cast to put up a solid performance. Another disappointing performance from Frank Gore will not be acceptable. Expect Jamaal Charles to run wild against the Brown defense. Matt Ryan and Roddy White should continue their synergy against the Cardinals defense. The big question is the performance of Ronnie Brown against a very tough Vikings run defense.
Prediction: Gimme That Trophy (AGAIN)
Team DECAL (1-0) at Team liu (0-1)
DECAL, favored in this matchup, needs strong performances from Peyton Manning and Rashard Mendenhall to come out with a victory. Team liu is hoping for a bounce back from a big loss last week. He needs Ray Rice to have a better showing than last week. Michael Crabtree also needs to pick it up or liu will end up in an 0-2 hole. Both teams have question marks at running back. Whoever gets a better performance will end up with the victory.
